ALVARO MORATA’S BRILLIANT late goal gave Juventus a 2-1 win over Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium in the Champions League on Tuesday.

The Italian club fell behind to a Giorgio Chiellini own goal in Manchester, but Mario Mandzukic levelled proceedings with 20 minutes remaining, poking home after a brilliant Paul Pogba cross.

And Massimiliano Allegri’s men earned all three points in the 81st minute, as Morata curled home a sensational late strike from the edge of the box, condemning Manuel Pellegrini’s side to another disheartening European defeat.
