GIOVANNI TRAPATTONI HAS another headache today following last night’s disappointing result against Sweden with the news that Shane Long, Glenn Whelan and Jonathan Walters are doubts for Tuesday’s World Cup qualifier with Austria.
Walters is understood to have an ankle injury, while Long suffered a dead leg and Whelan has a muscle strain, though all are expected to travel for the game regardless.
Trapattoni has acknowledged that the match is a must-win for Ireland following last night’s loss, and the Italian told RTÉ that he was considering changing “two or three” players, but insisted he would not ring the changes for the encounter.
Great news. Worst 2 players ever to play for Chelsea. Add in Ferreira and it’ll be up there with me wedding day.
Kalou is the most under-appreciated Chelsea player. Send him to United or Arsenal and watch him make a show of ye…
