France overcome Spain thanks to Chelsea's new striker Loïc Rémy

The 27-year-old’s confidence looks to be in a good place at the moment.

FRANCE HAVE BEATEN Spain 1-0 in their international friendly this evening thanks to a strike from new Chelsea signing Loïc Rémy.

The 27-year-old joined Jose Mourinho’s squad this week after the London club triggered the £10.5million release clause in the Frenchman’s contract at QPR.

It looks like Rémy’s confidence has been boosted by the transfer, judging by his first-time finish of a chance created by some clever play from teammates Mathieu Valbuena, Karim Benzema and Moussa Sissoko.
