Liverpool warned to stay away from Borussia Dortmund's teen star Pulisic

The German club have no interest in selling.

BORUSSIA DORTMUND HAVE once again insisted Christian Pulisic is not for sale and told Liverpool they will be wasting their time if they bid for the teenager.

The German side have reiterated that they have no intention of selling the 18-year-old, who is contracted to Dortmund until 2019.

Liverpool reportedly had a €13 million bid for the USA international turned down in the summer and he’s likely to be high on Jurgen Klopp’s list of transfer targets again in 2017.

But Dortmund’s director of sport, Michael Zorc, has said there is more chance of him signing a contract extension at the Westfalenstadion than leaving for the Premier League.

“We have made it quite clear that we are not going to sell Christian and that we are planning with him,” Zorc told Germany’s Bild newspaper.

“Liverpool can save the effort of making an offer.”

Pulisic has featured in 10 Bundesliga games this season having made the breakthrough to first-team level during the 2015/16 campaign.

The attacking midfielder became the youngest US player to score in a World Cup qualifier by netting twice against St Vincent/Grenadines in September.
