Ireland and England dominate the projected starting XV for the First Test against Australia.

MANY RUGBY FANS would be forgiven for settling back after Ireland’s weekend win over Wales and predicting a sizeable green contingent touring with the British & Irish Lions this summer.

English supporters may have had similar thoughts after they impressively dispatched Scotland at Twickenham three hours later.

If the anticipation for the latest Lions tour is started to percolate here, one can only imagine the sense of giddy anticipation in Australia. The Wallabies have been waiting since 2001.
