MUNSTER HAVE BEEN drawn alongside famous Fijian outfit Daveta for the first-ever Limerick World Club 7s in Thomond Park next month.
The southern province will be coached by former Ireland Sevens international and current Elite Development Officer Colm McMahon as they compete in Pool C of the competition alongside Daveta,San Francisco and Moscow.
Pool A will see New Zealand’sAuckland Rugby take on South Africa’s Vodacom Blue Bulls, New York City 7s and Saracens of the English Premiership.
The Waratahs are included in Pool B, alongside Western Province, Vancouver and Stade Français.

All pool games in the Limerick event are set to take place on Saturday the 9th of August, with the play-offs scheduled for the following day, Sunday the 10th.
McMahon is expecting that his squad will be boosted by several members of Anthony Foley’s senior Munster squad, with Gerhard van Den Heever, Luke O’Dea and Ronan O’Mahony among the suggested names.
