Limerick unchanged for All-Ireland semi-final

Kevin Downes and Shane Dowling are on the bench for Sunday’s Croke Park clash with Clare.

LIMERICK HAVE NAMED an unchanged side for Sunday’s All-Ireland semi-final against Clare.

Manager John Allen sticks with the same starting XV that clinched the county’s historic Munster title against Cork five weeks ago.

Seanie Tobin has recovered from a broken metatarsal and starts at corner-forward alongside Graham Mulcahy and Declan Hannon, who led the scoring with 0-8 against Cork.

Kevin Downes, who was struggling with a broken toe in recent weeks, is named among the substitutes again as are Shane Dowling and Niall Moran.

Throw-in on Sunday is at 3.30pm.
