Ahane set up semi-final date with Na Piarsaigh in Limerick SHC
Kilmallock also booked their place in the last four today.

AHANE’S REWARD FOR their 4-18 to 2-13 win over South Liberties in today’s Limerick SHC quarter-final is a semi-final clash with reigning champions Na Piarsaigh.
Ahane were in control from start to finish and lead by eight at the break by a score of 1-12 to 0-07. The South Liberties fightback never materialised and Ahane eased away with three more second half goals to win by 11.
In the other quarter final played today, Kilmallock beat Adare by a scoreline of 0-24 to 2-16. The first half was a hotly contested affair with Kilmallock only leading by 0-11 to 1-06 at half-time.
The second half was even tighter but Adare couldn’t get any closer and ended up going down by just two points.

Kilmallock will play Doon in the other semi-final.
