TG4 have announced they’ll be streaming the final live on their website (TG4.ie). Throw-in in Portlaoise is at 7.30pm.
Offaly’s last appearance in the Leinster U21 final was in 2007, when they lost to Laois by 0-13 to 1-7.
Dublin are aiming for their fourth straight title at this grade, while Longford last appeared in an U21 decider in 2011, when they lost by a point to Wexford.
