Ranieri as Julius Caesar and how front pages around the world covered Leicester's title win

The most unlikely champions in Premier League history are understandably big news today.

THE SPORTING WORLD has stood up to take notice of Leicester City after their improbable Premier League triumph last night.

Last night’s 2-2 draw between Chelsea and Tottenham handed the Foxes the title and the news was worthy of front pages not just in Britain and Ireland but all across the globe.

While manager Claudio Ranieri was championed as “King Claudio” and depicted as Julius Caesar in his native Italy, Spain’s Marca went with “Oleicester!” while VG Sporten in Norway celebrated the achievement with an original splash of their own.
