It's been another busy day of transfer activity in the League of Ireland

Shamrock Rovers striker Eamon Zayed is among the players on the move.

FOLLOWING YESTERDAY’S ARRAY of transfers, League of Ireland clubs were similarly busy today.

St Pat’s were one of the more active clubs. Liam Buckley’s side have acquired the services of Aaron Greene, following his release from Sligo Rovers, in addition to Ireland U18 international Jack Bayly, officially signing the youngster after he was part of their U19 squad last year.

In addition, it has been announced that Lee Lynch has left the club by mutual consent.

Meanwhile, Limerick FC have also been busy, with Lee-J Lynch, Jack Doherty and Shane O’Connor all joining on permanent deals until the end of the season.

Speaking to Limerick’s official website, manager Martin Russell said: “Once again, I’m delighted all three lads are on board.

“They fit the profile of being talented young players who are eager to do well. They should prove to be very worthwhile additions to our group.”

Finally, it was tonight confirmed that Sligo had signed Shamrock Rovers striker Eamon Zayed until the end of the season.
