BIG THINGS ARE expected from Liverpool’s recent signing Lazar Markovic after his £20m (€25m) move from Benfica this summer.

The 20-year-old Serbian has already been getting praise from manager Brendan Rodgers a couple of weeks into pre-season and, in an interview LFC, the Reds boss also told a story of how Markovic generously gave up his first class seat to a member of the Liverpool staff during a recent plane journey.
