11-time All-Ireland champions Cork face 2018 Leinster finalists Westmeath in the senior showpiece at 4.45pm (live on TG4) with Sligo and Wicklow going head-to-head in the intermediate curtain raiser (throw-in 3pm, also live on TG4).
Ephie Fitzgerald’s side were chasing their 12th title in 13 years last year, but were stunned at the semi-final stage and will hope to make amends this time around.
The Rebels finished top of Group 2, impressing along the way with convincing wins over Armagh and Monaghan and this rising side will hope their summer lasts much longer.
Westmeath meanwhile, off the back of a provincial final defeat to Dublin, edged past Waterford in their group but Connacht champions Galway were too strong.

Leinster intermediate finalists Wicklow and their Connacht counterparts Sligo are also both vying for an All-Ireland semi-final spot after successful runs in their respective groups.
Two more TG4 All-Ireland senior and intermediate championship quarter-finals are penciled in for Saturday, with further details yet to be confirmed.

The senior last eight clash is an all-Ulster affair with provincial kingpins Donegal and Armagh locking horns with a semi-final spot up for grabs.
Maxi Curran and Damien Devaney’s Tír Chonaill side enter the tie having topped Group 1 while the Orchard county claimed the final spot in the knockout stages over the weekend.
The intermediate clash of 2017 All-Ireland finalists Tyrone and this year’s Lidl Ladies National League Division 3 winners Wexford will also take place on Saturday.
The remaining All-Ireland senior championship quarter-final matches — Galway v Mayo and Dublin v Kerry — are scheduled to take place on 12 August.
