Ciaran Kilkenny, Alan Dillon and Paul Galvin were amongst those to praise today’s clash between Kilkenny and Tipperary.

THE HURLING LEAGUE finished today in Nowlan Park and it whetted the appetite nicely for the championship ahead.

Kilkenny and Tipperary played out a cracking Division 1 decider with the Cats winning out by 2-17 to 0-20.

And plenty of GAA stars were impressed by what they saw.
