AFTER HIS LOAN move to QPR was confirmed early yesterday, Kevin Doyle has not taken long to adapt to life at Loftus Road.
The Ireland player headed home from close range after Burnley failed to deal with a dangerous cross.

Doyle’s Irish teammate, Richard Dunne, also got his name on the scoresheet, volleying home to put his side 2-1 ahead.
However, the visitors fought back, and despite a goal from another QPR debutant — Modibo Maiga — Harry Redknapp’s side could ultimately only manage a 3-3 draw.
Meanwhile, here’s what Redknapp had to say about Doyle after signing him yesterday.

Small ball is Cork’sd future me thinks
Good to See Dublin was divided in Two
Stephen Cluxton And Dessie Farrell
Wonder which will have the Best Team
@pat seery: good win for cork aswell
@Pol Mlp: Tony Kelly out injured was a big disadvantage for Clare on top of Colm Galvin having to retire. That said we had some notable retirements also & didn’t use Hoggie.
After the all Ireland defeat imo it’s important we have a good league to rebuild confidence and possibly blood some more of the U20’s from last year & the year before.
