A STRONG KERRY team has been named ahead of Sunday’s clash with Kildare in Round 3 of the Allianz Football League in Newbridge, with the side featuring ten of the players that started in their loss to Donegal in the All-Ireland quarter-finals last August.
There are six changes from the side were comprehensively beaten by Dublin in Round 2.
Shane Enright takes over from Peter Crowley at full back, while Kieran Donaghy and Eoin Brosnan start in midfield, with Anthony Maher and James Walsh both injured.
Johnny Buckley and Kieran O’Leary are back from club duty, while Michael Geaney, Michael O’Donoghue and Patrick Curtin all miss out.
Elsewhere, Donnchadh Walsh returns to the side after a long layoff following a hip injury, and David Moran is named on the bench after recovering from a double cruciate injury.
