However, a return to his former club MK Dons seems imminent, with the manager of the League One side Karl Robinson telling BBC Sport:
“We’ve spoken to Watford and Bolton and unofficially agreed terms with the clubs and Keith.
“Keith can’t train. He’s not our player. But he’s in Milton Keynes.”
Andrews had been signed by previous Watford manager Beppe Sannino, but is understood to have fallen out with current boss Slavisa Jokanovic.
And while the 33-year-old’s time at Vicarage Road will ultimately be considered a failure, he did still produce at least one moment of magic during his short spell there…
