SOUTH AFRICA’S CRAIG Joubert will referee Saturday’s World Cup quarter-final between Wales and Six Nations rivals Ireland in Wellington (ko 6am).

England’s clash with France, meanwhile, will be officiated by Steve Walsh, tournament organisers have announced.

The following day, Nigel Owens of Wales will be the man in the middle for the All Blacks’ clash with Argentina at Eden Park despite some recent criticism.

New Zealander Bryce Lawrence – the official in charge when Ireland beat Australia – will take South Africa’s mouth-watering game against Australia.
