JOSE MOURINHO HAS wasted little time in familiarising himself with his new surroundings as he paid a visit to Manchester United’s Carrington training ground for the very first time on Monday afternoon.
It seems as if he picked up a few goodies too, going by this picture of him – posted by his wife, Mathilde, to her Twitter account.

Mourinho was only appointed as the club’s new manager last week but was given a guided tour of the facility by United’s executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward, while he also met iconic former player and current board member Sir Bobby Charlton too.
Charlton told Mourinho: ‘I’m very happy to see you’.
Upon arriving at reception, Mourinho made a point of greeting every member of the United staff that were present – awkwardly leaving Woodward waiting in order to do so.
That should buy him some early credit from the die-hard fans.
