The UFC have since released the latest episode of ‘Embedded’, featuring footage of the incident in question. And while it wasn’t a slap, McGregor certainly angered the UFC featherweight champion more than he’s managed to do so before.
“I’m gonna punch this son of a bitch in the face,” said Aldo. “This cocky son of a bitch grabbed my neck.”
Culminating in Dublin tomorrow, the pair are currently on a media tour to promote their fight at UFC 189, which takes place in Las Vegas on Saturday, 11 July.
