Jordan Spieth went full Texas BBQ for his Champions Dinner at the Masters

Tasty.

THE ANNUAL CHAMPIONS dinner is a time-honoured tradition at the Masters — and last night, Jordan Spieth brought a taste of Texas to Augusta National.

Spieth served up a three-course menu which centred around an authentic barbecue combination of beef brisket, smoked half chicken, and pork ribs.

Here’s the full menu:

Local Greens Salad

Heirloom Tomatoes, Cucumber, Shaved Red Onion, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Corn Muffins

***

Authentic Texas Barbecue

Beef Brisket, Smoked Half Chicken, Pork Ribs

BBQ Baked Beans

Bacon & Chive Potato Salad

Sautéed Spring Beans, Grilled Zucchini, Roasted Yellow Squash

***

Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie

Vanilla Ice Cream

Spieth’s wine selection also got a lot of love as he opted for two Napa Valley specialities — the 2011 Cakebread Reserve Chardonnay, and the 2010 Caymus Vineyards Special Selection Cabernet Sauvignon.

We’re starving now.
