HE PERFECTED THE art of the fist pump during his Waterford hurling career and last week John Mullane demonstrated on RTÉ’s Second Captains just exactly how you should passionately celebrate during a hurling match.
The five-time Allstar winner is back on our TV screens tomorrow night with his ‘Skills of Hurling 2014′ slot as part of the second episode of the current series of Second Captains.
He’ll be in good GAA company with Kerry’s Kieran Donaghy and Wexford’s Mags D’Arcy also present, and the Irish soccer duo Steven Reid and Richie Sadlier.
We’re looking forward to seeing what Mullane offers. Perhaps post-match declarations of county love will figure.
