YOU WOULD EXPECT players from a country like Sweden to be overcome with joy when they reach a European final in football, as it doesn’t happen very often.
Manchester City striker John Guidetti was a mixture of both joy and anger after his side advanced to the European U21 Championships’ final with a 4-1 victory over Denmark.
Guidetti scored from the penalty spot as the Swedes set up an unlikely final appearance against Portugal, and he was quick to tell the rest of the teams they’ve left in their wake to ‘go home’ during an interview with Swedish television network TV4 Sport.
Sweden will play the Portuguese in tomorrow night’s show-piece event, and should the Nordic men win, there’s no telling what sort of post-match interview the striker could give.
Stunning stuff. Technique and finish was as good as you will see. All done by the PL top scorer
Don’t forget who put the ball on his foot!! Rooney!! :)
V true. Had a great game
Any chance ye have a goal we can actually see?
RVP is a class player. Delighted united signed him
Can’t see anyone challenging Utd for a few years to come.
Other than Chelsea and City I think you’re right!
Chelsea? Really? Really? Really? They are a shambles!!
And City Have the talent but not the squad debth or manager?
City have great players but they are are terrrible team. Maybe if they got jose in this summer, but if they stick with mancini they won’t go far!
Its as easy as foundation maths
CHAMPIONS 20! RUB IT UP YA
Great. Thanks for nothing.
That is such a good goal. One of the best I’ve ever seen, connects with the ball so sweetly. Last season he was my favourite player this year I despise him and the little boy inside too. But oh god how I miss him. Jealousy is a cruel cruel mistress. Well done to United. Won it in style in fairness. There’s always next season
