WITHOUT READING TOO much into a mohawk, I always assumed that Joe Marler might be a quirky individual. Thankfully, after seeing how the prop behaved during the Harlequins version of “teammates”, I don’t feel as bad for judging him. In his defence, he is pretty funny here.
He is obviously a fan of Friends, except he added his own twist to it by choosing two ducks instead of having a chicken. I take back what I said about Marler, everything about this was great. Especially his elongated look at the camera followed by, “too slow?”.
If any of us were ever in a television ad, I imagine that is how we would respond to even the simplest of stage directions.
