LEICESTER’S JAMIE VARDY has equalled the Premier League record for most consecutive goals in games (10) after scoring against Newcastle today.
Vardy gave his side the lead on 45 minutes at St James’ Park today, continuing his prolific scoring run in the process.
Ruud van Nistelrooy, who previously was the sole holder of the record, had previously wished Vardy luck on Instagram ahead of today’s game.
