IS THERE ANYTHING to be said for a pair of classic Puma Kings? The Halcyon days of old school all-black boots are long gone but Jamie Cudmore is really pushing the boundary of unacceptable taste and decency with his Champions Cup final footwear.
The bruising Clermont second row is known for his strong work in the tight but perhaps he is trying to channel the skills of his colleagues outside him with these boots.
Clermont and Toulon have a lot of flamboyant rugby players in their ranks so there are definitely going to be a few more ostentatious boots on display. Former Mayo forward Conor Mortimer would approve.
There has to be a glass ceiling in terms of how much training these amateur players with day jobs can do. Of course for the outside paid manager the more training sessions the better.
Karma, for what? Being the best team in the country? Long may it continue indeed!
That first paragraph is very misleading
Ands itโs going to become more and more common when you hear some of the training county teams are doing. And of course that has the effect of minor players starting weights earlier to โbulkโ up.
Itโs karma and long may it continue
