This Irish amateur rugby player channels his inner George North in game versus Clondalkin

Barnhall Butchers man Gavin Woods was in a damn rush.

WHATEVER ABOUT THE action at Lansdowne Road on Saturday, this is the rugby moment of the weekend for us, Tom.

The head coach of the Barnhall Butchers, Phil Byrne, got in touch with The42 to share this effort from one of his charges.

“We are currently sitting top of our league and it’s thanks in no small part to the quality and power of our players,” he says. “One player in particular, Gavin Woods, produced a George North moment at the weekend versus Clondalkin.”
