Ireland v Czech Republic tickets going for €10

Sponsors Three are flogging 1,000 cut-price tickets for the February 29 friendly this afternoon.

IRISH FANS ARE being given the chance to head along to the friendly game with the Czech Republic on the cheap later this month.

As part of their ‘Three loves football’ campaign, official sponsors Three are releasing 1,000 tickets at €10 each for the February 29 fixture via their Facebook page this afternoon.

The promotion begins at 3pm and the limited amount of tickets will be distributed on a ‘first come, first served’ basis so it’s probably best to get there on time as they won’t last long.

Giovanni Trapattoni’s side host the 31st ranked team in the world in the penultimate match at the Aviva Stadium before they head to Euro 2012.

The Ireland manager named his squad on Friday but has since been forced to call up Everton defender Shane Duffy in place of Richard Dunne, who faces eight weeks on the sidelines after fracturing his clavicle.

Check out the Three football Facebook page or go to www.ticketmaster.ie for more details.
