CRICKET IRELAND HAVE announced that Malahide will host Ireland’s historic first Test match next May.
Pakistan were confirmed as Ireland’s opposition for the five-day Test last month, with the dates later announced as between Friday 11 May and Tuesday 15 May.
The venue was believed to be Malahide, but Cricket Ireland confirmed the news in a statement this morning.
“We are delighted that Malahide has agreed to host this historic game against Pakistan,” Cricket Ireland CEO Warren Deutrom said.
