Chelsea lost out to Corinthians in the Club World Cup final in Yokohama on Sunday and the sheets of paper below have since surfaced on sports website Globoesporte.
It claims that the scraps, which show detailed tactics for defending and attacking corners, were found in the Chelsea dressing room post-match.
They show how the Chelsea players should be lined up to defend a corner, with each played being assigned a marker Ashley Cole and Juan Mata instructed to cut out short corners.
