WHEN SCOTT DIXON got ready to pull out of the pit lane at the Sonoma IndyCar race on Sunday, he must have thought the race was his for the taking.

Having pulled in for his final stop of the afternoon, his crew got his car back up to race condition ahead of Will Power – that’s his real name, we checked – who was just seconds behind him into the pits.

However, as you can see above, as Dixon sped out of his pit, he took out three members of Power’s own pit crew after clipping a tyre.

Power eventually won the race after Dixon was given a 15-second drive-trough penalty for the incident and all three crew members were said to be shaken up, but okay.
