SOME OF THE pain surrounding the national side’s heartbreaking quarter-final loss to Wales was dispelled today when the World Cup squad arrived back in Dublin Airport.
Players and management were greeted by hundreds of supporters and well-wishers, many of whom had travelled a long way to take their place in the departure’s hall.
