IRELAND’S U19S GOT their European Championships campaign off to a winning start last night.

Paul Doolin’s side saw off Greece 2-1 in their first pool game thanks to a brace from Cork-born Blackburn Rovers defender Anthony O’Connor.

Next up is the Czech Republic in a game that will be televised by Eurosport oin Saturday at 5pm.
