NORWICH CITY STRIKER Grant Holt has expressed his desire to leave the Carrow Road club, revealing he wants to leave due to ‘disagreements’.
The 31-year-old handed in a transfer request recently, which was rejected by the club, but has insisted he is determined to leave the club, using Twitter to explain his decision.
“I have loved my 3 years at the club and it sadness (sic) me to right (sic) this but want use (sic) to here (sic) it from me first. #lovedmytime”, Holt tweeted on Friday.
“Just to stop the rumour mill again. I have expressed to the board and the CEO that I want to leave the football club. Due to disagreements.”

The England international said his decision was not a result of a fall-out with manager Paul Lambert, who is also expected to leave Norwich to take up the vacant manager’s position at Aston Villa.
“I just say the rumours about me and the gaffer falling out are very wrong so no more tweets about that please,” Holt tweeted on last night. The striker helped keep Norwich in the Premier League in their first season back in the top flight, netting 15 goals in 35 games in an impressive campaign.
