Seamus Callanan blitzed his way through this season’s championship and he’ll certainly make the team at full-forward with some debate surrounding the other two positions.
Colin Fennelly and Shane Dowling were selected by the Sunday Game panel, although September’s Player of the Month Richie Power could yet get the nod at corner-forward.
Conor McDonald, Brian Carroll and Conor McGrath enjoyed excellent seasons for Wexford, Offaly and Clare respectively but both will probably miss out because of their sides’s early championship exit.
Cork’s Alan Cadogan and Patrick Horgan also showed good form in the summer, on the way to a Munster crown and All-Ireland semi-final .
