Everton and Hull's Irish boys and Robbie Keane all get behind the Girls in Green

Ireland’s women’s team take on Germany in a top-of-the-group clash tomorrow.

IRELAND’S SENIOR WOMEN’S team take on German in a crucial World Cup qualifier at Tallaght Stadium tomorrow afternoon (3pm).

Sue Ronan’s side sit second in Group 1 with two wins and a draw so far with the Germans eight points clear at the top having played two games more.

Admission is €5 for adults and €2 for U16s and students and the Girls in Green will be looking for all the support they can get.

Hull City’s Irish gang — made up of Stephen Quinn, Paul McShane, Shane Long, David Meyler and Robbie Brady — have got behind their female counterparts by sending this message on Instagram.
