Sinead spent yesterday afternoon watching the sailing with Annalise’s family, learning the ins and outs of Olympic sailing.
Later on this afternoon, Sinead will be catching up with Annalise’s brother Finn, as well as Carlow’s Finn Lynch, who is competing in the men’s sailing event.
Episode three also looks at last night’s swimming, where Michael Phelps claimed his 20th and 21st Olympic gold medals, the former at the expense of his rival Chad le Cros.
