It being a time for light warm-ups and a few drills, prop Cian Healy attempted to show he has the football skills to fit into the ’11′ as well as the ’1′ shirt.

The Leinster loosehead wasn’t done with his kicking drills there. He also took some time with Mark Tainton along the sidelines to practice drilling kicks down the line.
Healy’s form in his more familiar duty of scrummaging will be central to Ireland’s hopes of beating England tomorrow as Stuart Lancaster’s side arrive with Dan Cole intent on putting Ireland on the back foot from the off.
