And then there are some men who just like kicking neon-clad attention-seekers in the shins.
The Tour de France bore witness to the second one of those on Thursday as one of Le Tour’s superfans ran uphill alongside Tejay Van Garderen. He looked absolutely overjoyed with his stride, his bumbag, his OMG vest… until he had a mouthful of tarmac.
