Hazard a guess: Lille star confirms he will move to Manchester

After claiming last week that he was joining a team who wear blue, City looks to be the Belgian international’s destination.

LILLE ATTACKER EDEN Hazard has reiterated that he is bound for Manchester but refused to disclose which club he will join.

The Belgium international has already announced that he will be leaving his French employers at the end of the season to move to the Premier League.

However, while United boss Alex Ferguson is known to be an admirer, City have emerged as his most likely suitors as this latest claim, added to last week’s that he would be joining a team who wear blue, suggests he will be taking up residence at Eastlands ahead of Old Trafford.

The 21-year-old had an opportunity to reveal all after being named as Ligue 1′s player of the season on Monday, but when asked where he was going in the off-season, Hazard replied:

To Manchester, as I have already said. The decision will be taken soon.”

Hazard, who has scored 17 goals in Ligue 1 this season along with 15 assists, has spent his entire professional career at Lille, having arrived in France from Belgian outfit Tubize as a 14-year-old.
