Here is the moment that Hawk-Eye went cock-eyed at Croke Park

The poor video replay system has been told to take the rest of the afternoon off.

THE MINOR HURLERS of Limerick will travel home with some legitimate grievances after the Hawk-Eye video referral system ruled out a perfectly good point.

The ‘score’ from Barry Nash was declared a miss, despite video evidence showing his effort going a foot inside the righthand post. The point would have given Limerick the win but, instead, the game was level at full-time. Galway pulled clear in extra time to win 0-23 to 0-20.
