AC Milan promote 15-year-old Moroccan-born wonderkid to first team

Striker Hachim Mastour could be set to make his debut for the Serie A side this weekend.

SERIE A GIANTS AC Milan have called one of the hottest young prospects in football into their first team.

15-year-old Hachim Mastour trained alongside the likes of Robinho and Stephen El Shaarawy yesterday after manager Clarence Seedorf invited him to take part in the session.

The Morroccan-born forward signed for the Rossoneri from Reggiana in 2012 for  a fee reported to be around €500,000 and could be in line to feature in their final game of the season at home to Sassulo this weekend.

“CEO Adriano Galliani was present at Milanello yesterday to announce that Hachim Mastour has been added to the Milan First Team,” a statement on the club’s website reads.

“Galliani introduced the young talent to the rest of the Milan players in the Milanello dressing room and this was followed by a round of applause and encouragement from the players.

Hachim Mastour was born on the 15th of June 1998 and has been a part of the Allievi Nazionali side this season while also making a handful of appearances for the Primavera side.”
