Galway patch side up with 6 changes from Mayo hammering

Meanwhile, Limerick have made just one change for their qualifier with Longford.

There is better news for Mulholland in the shape of marksman Michael Meehan. The Caltra man has missed training sessions with a strain, but will front the Tribesmen’s attack when Tipperary visit Pearse Stadium on Saturday.

Meanwhile, down the coast, Limerick  have made no outfield changes from the line-up that lost out to Cork in the Munster championship last time round.

The Treaty County meet Longford in the first round of the qualifiers this Saturday and Brian Scanlan will man the posts in place of Donal O’Sullivan.
