GAA slash ticket prices for Mayo and Kerry's All-Ireland football semi-final replay

This news will come as a boost to fans of both counties.

THE MAGICAL MYSTERY tour continues for supporters of the Mayo senior football team next Saturday afternoon – as their heroes gear up for their ninth championship game of the season.

But there’s some good news for fans feeling the financial pinch as GAA chiefs have announced a reduction in ticket prices for the rematch.

Stand tickets have been reduced to €35 from €45 and terrace tickets have been reduced by €5 to €25, as Mayo and Kerry get ready to slug it out again for a place in the 17 September decider.

Semi-final replay tickets are now on sale from the usual sources, including gaa.ie and Centra and SuperValu outlets.

The game will throw-in at 3pm.
