The weather isn't going to be good so here's your guide to the long weekend's GAA coverage

There’s hurling and football action on this weekend.

THERE IS PLENTY of GAA on this weekend from Friday evening until late Sunday night. Here’s where you will find it.

Friday

Seó Spóirt is on TG4 at 8.30pm and this week’s edition will see host Dara Ó Cinnéide joined by Micheál Ó Cróinín, Seán Bán Breathnach and Stephen Joyce as they look ahead to this weekend’s Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta, the annual football competition played between clubs from Irish speaking areas around the country.

The show is repeated on Saturday at 11.20 am.

Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta

RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta have live coverage of Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta which will commence at 6.30 pm on Saturday evening.

Sunday

Leinster hurling championship quarter-final

Dublin v Galway, Croke Park, 2pm

The Sunday Game is back on our screens at 1.30pm as Michael Lyster is joined by Eddie Brennan and Ger Loughnane for analysis on Dublin v Galway.

Donal O’Grady joins Marty Morrisey in commentary.

Former Tipperary All-Ireland winning captain Eoin Kelly makes his reporting debut when he takes in the match between Dublin and Galway for Off The Ball on Newstalk as he analyses all the action from Dublin v Galway. The show begins at 1pm.

Sunday Sport is also on RTÉ Radio 1 and they will have live commentary from Dublin v Galway with Ger Canning and Michael Duignan. Coverage commences there at 2 pm.

Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta, 2pm

RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta will also commence coverage on the Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta at 2 pm

Leinster senior football championship quarter-final

Dublin v Longford, Croke Park, 4pm

Off The Ball is on Newstalk at 1 pm and they will have live commentary on Dublin v Longford from Dave McIntyre who will be joined by James Horan on air. Pauric Lodge is reporting for RTÉ Radio.

The Sunday game will have live coverage of Dublin v Longford with Colm O’Rourke and Pat Spillane joining Michael Lyster in studio on analysis. Darragh Maloney is joined by Kevin McStay on the commentary desk.

Tipperary face Waterford in Semple Stadium with Pat McAuliffe providing reports for RTÉ Radio 1 while Oisin Langan is on duty for Newstalk.

For the Fermanagh-Antrim clash, Brian Carthy and Bernard Flynn are reporting for RTÉ Radio 1.

The Sunday Game Highlights Show will be on RTÉ 2 at 9.30 pm as Des Cahill is joined in studio by Eamon O’Hara and Tomás Ó Sé to mull over the action of Dublin v Longford, Fermanagh v Antrim and Waterford v Tipperary.

Tomás Mulcahy and Liam Sheedy will then take over to review all the action between Galway v Dublin in the hurling.
