Layvin Kurzawa probably regrets his premature celebrations. EMPICS Sport

French footballer learns the hard way that karma's a pitch

Layvin Kurzawa might want to re-think his celebrations.

Don’t COUNT YOUR chickens before they hatch was one of those life lessons we all learned growing up.

Well, maybe not everyone.

In an incredible U21 Euro 2015 playoff second leg last night, Sweden led France 3-2 on aggregate after Oscar Lewicki’s 72nd minute goal.

However, four minutes from time, Layvin Kurzawa scored to seemingly put France through on away goals.

Instead of celebrating the goal with his team-mates, Kurzawa decided to taunt Sweden’s John Guidetti, saluting the player in an aggressive ‘au revoir buddy’ manner:

Gyfy Gyfy

However, Sweden were not done and just two minutes later Lewicki scored again, dumping France and Kurzawa out.

Of course, Guidetti and his team-mates reacted the only way any of us would:

The trolling continued after the match:
