Going to the Carl Frampton fight next week? There are four title fights on the bill as well

Conlan, McCullough, O’Kane and Ormond are all facing a big night in the Odyssey Arena.

CARL FRAMPTON’S WORLD title eliminator will top a bumper night of boxing after promoters confirmed four title fights on the This Is Belfast undercard.

Frampton faces Mexico’s Hugo Cazares next Friday night, 4 April, knowing that a win will make him the number one contender to face WBC Super Bantamweight champion Leo Santa Cruz.

The Odyssey Arena bill will also feature title fights for Jamie Conlan, Marc McCullough, Eamon O’Kane and Stephen Ormond as well as a second pro bout for former Irish amateur champion Conrad Cummings.

Conlan, the older brother of London Olympian Michael, will put his unbeaten 10-0 record on the line against Belgium’s Benjamin Smoes for the vacant WBO European Super Flyweight Title.

McCullough meets former IBF Inter-Continental champ Andrei Isaeu for another vacant WBO European title at featherweight.

O’Kane takes on Mexico’s Alvaro Gaona for the vacant WBC International Silver Middleweight title while Dublin’s Ormond, who is currently ranked eighth in the world by the WBO, defends his European lightweight belt against Karim Ouazghari of Spain.

Cummins, who made his pro debut in London’s York Hall last month, will return to the ring in a six-round middleweight contest.
