PATRICK ROBERTS HAS joined Girona on loan from Manchester City.
The winger spent the previous two seasons on loan at Scottish Premiership side Celtic and had also been linked with Huddersfield Town, but he has now completed a short-term switch to Spain.
Girona are a sister club to City and took five players on loan from the Premier League champions last season.
One such player, Aleix Garcia, will also spend the 2018-19 season at the club, after helping them to a 10th-placed finish last term.
Roberts joined City from Fulham in an £11 million deal in 2015, with the club keen to add to their homegrown quota.

Istanbul 2005.

@James lee: teams come back from 3-0 down to DRAW every week in football. even Barcelona’s comeback vs PSG was more impressive than that.
Anyway the comments refer to an actual return from a tough place and turbulent times like Tiger over the past 5 years, not a single game. Thought that was pretty clear.

@Steven Robinson: She tried to ruin him? He was off with other women while she was pregnant. Couldn’t bring myself to cheer on a dirtbag like that.

Greatest comeback? When he comes back from a double-fracture of the pelvis, a fractured collar bone, a left ankle fracture, a chipped rib, and near-fatal blood clots, then wins 3 more majors, I’ll consider that a comeback.
Can’t look any further than Niki Lauda myself ….
