FORMER CELTIC MIDFIELDER Evander Sno is to appear in court next week over allegations of attempted manslaughter.
The 28-year-old, who is currently unattached, stands accused with two family members of badly beating up two people in 2013.

The attack is reported to have been a particularly violent one, with the prosecution claiming the victims were kicked in the head as they lay on the ground.
Sno, meanwhile, has publicly rejected the accusations, which he says have been “exaggerated”. He has also previously stated that he was simply trying to break up the fight and was not involved in any way.
The former Netherlands Under-23 international started his career at Feyenoord, before earning a move to Celtic, where he played in the Champions League.
His career in Scotland failed to take off, however, and after two years he returned to the Netherlands with Ajax. After a spell in Amsterdam that was punctuated by a cardiac arrest suffered while playing for the reserves, he turned out for the likes of RKC Waalwijk, Westerlo and NEC.
It had been anticipated he would join ADO Den Haag earlier this season, but that move fell through and he remains without a club.
