Things became a little murky in Offaly this afternoon.

DESPITE ALMOST IMPENETRABLE fog, a referee in the Offaly decided today’s minor hurling decider between Kilcormac Kiloughey and Seir Kieran Og should go ahead.

However, as conditions worsened, the referee decided to call the game off at half time with the sides level at 0-4 apiece.
